Can it Survive? - Part 1: Developing Student Understanding of Animal Adaptations
Spark student imaginations as they learn to understand the Life Science strand with a focus on Second Grade. Come participate in hand's-on inquiry activities that demonstrate animal survival and adaptations. In addition, participants will make and take ÒfoldablesÓ. This unique way of journaling directly correlates objectives with relevant reinforcement activities. These graphic organizers help students grasp science concepts, and also serve as a study guide. Come see this fun method for integrating language arts, social sciences, and mathematics into the sciences.
